Tent Rentals A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals rents tents for your outdoor celebrations. Our new line of frame style tents can accommodate parties from 40 to 100 guests seated at round tables. The tents can easily be connected together if your event requires more space. The 20' x 20' Tent Our 20' x 20' Frame tent is used mostly for small gatherings or service additions to our larger Hexagon tent. The 20' x 20' tent can seat 40 guests at round tables.
The inside of our frame style tents are easy to decorate and offer completely unobstructed space to layout your next event. The center pole and cable assembly offers a beginning place to hang decorations or lighting.
The Hexagon Tent
The
Hex tent measure 34' x 40' and offers 1040 sq. foot of open space for your
reception. This tent is gorgeous for weddings and receptions, and
offers seating for 100 at 60" round tables. It's hexagon shape helps
all guests to see what's going on in the tent and not feel separated from
those guests at the other end of a traditional rectangular style tent.
The Hex Tent can easily be attached together for larger events or attached
to the 20' x 20' tent for a little extra space, perhaps to hold your buffet
and bars, or a band and dance area. More pictures are coming soon!!!
The Twin Tube Plus Tent Our new Twin Tube Plus Frame Tent is expandable from 40'x60' to 40'x100' allowing ample room for you large wedding reception or party. The frame system boasts a completely open center with no center poles allowing you to arrange your tent exactly how you'd like! Below is a picture of the 40'x60' Twin Tube Plus Tent - this tent would be large enough for 240 guests to be seated at round tables. Our staff is also able to draw Party Cad drawings of your event - so you'll see the party on our computer screens before it arrives in your back yard!
