What are your showroom hours?
Showroom hours are from 9am - 5pm Monday thru
Saturday, Closed Sunday.
Rental consultants are available every day to help with
your event. Please call 903-463-7709 to schedule
your appointment.
What are your delivery hours?
A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals delivers Monday thru Saturday from
9:00am
to 5:00pm. However we do offer an after hours service,
at additional fee, to accommodate your needs or last minute changes.
Where are you located?
Our showroom is located at, 3031 South Woodlawn Blvd.,
Denison, TX 75020.
From Highway 75, exit #66 / Spur 503. Then exit Highway
91 North, at the stop sign turn North, our store is one block on the left
across the street from Driggs Liquor.
What are your terms for payment and what methods of payment will you accept?
A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals requires a
20% deposit to hold your equipment and payment if full is due
upon delivery. We accept cash,
Grayson County checks, and credit cards
(Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).
Will your driver setup the equipment?
A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals driver will setup and teardown all equipment for an additional charge.
The set up fee's are as follows: Tables - $.50, Chairs - $.25, and Linen Placement - $.75.
The same charges will be applied if our driver has to
take down any rental equipment on pick up. There are set up fees for additional items, please call for details.
Can someone come and tell me how many people can fit in my yard?
A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals will send a consultant to discuss your special event on site at your
convenience. Please call to arrange an appointment.
Do I need to wash the china, glassware, flatware, or linens?
A-1 Wedding & Party Rentals just asks that you
return the items in the containers provided. Please do not place wet linens
in plastic bags to prevent mildew and excessive staining.
